That’s why I created Alison Pilates, a Reformer Pilates studio in Salisbury, offering expert coaching in small, supportive classes where everyone is welcomed and encouraged to discover what your body is capable of.

Every class is taught in small groups, allowing us to provide the individual attention, expert coaching, and encouragement that our clients value so highly.

Hi, I'm Alison, founder of Alison Pilates.

Pilates has been part of my life for more than 35 years, helping me stay strong, recover from injuries, and continue doing the things I love.

After a long career in public service, I decided to follow my passion and create a welcoming Pilates studio where everyone feels supported, whatever their age, experience, or starting point.

Today I teach Reformer and Mat Pilates in my own Salisbury studio, helping people build strength, confidence, better posture, and a lasting connection with their bodies.
